Payments can be made by cash, credit or debit card in our office or by phone. All excursions must be paid for in advance

 A minimum number of passengers are required for any of these excursions to operate. We cannot be held responsible for any pre- booked admission tickets if an excursion is cancelled. Please check with us if you are considering booking admission tickets in advance. Day Excursions are non refundable. Children under 5 are not allowed to travel on the front row seats. Anyone under 17 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 3 years travel free but will not be allocated a seat. Tickets cannot be amended by the driver. No responsibility can be taken for passengers not returning to the coach by any given departure times. Wheelchairs, frames and scooters will only be carried by prior arrangement. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters, as these are too large and heavy to lift.
